Featuring special guest MAYO ALANEN! Pro ballroom performer & choreographer based in NYC, featured Pro on “Dancing with the Stars,” World Finalist, and hometown El Paso boy!
It’s our 8th annual fun, local spin on “Dancing with the Stars,” where El Pasoans step up as Dancers & Judges to raise money and awareness for Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring. Dance lessons are generously provided by Shundo Ballroom Dance Studio, New Horizons Dance Academy, and Sunland Ballroom and Ballet. The result is a fabulous night with live music & a spectacular dance competition.
All money stays in El Paso and helps make & support matches of mentors to the 100+ children on the Big Brothers Big Sisters waiting list. Mentors help these children stay in school, off drugs, and away from gangs…not to mention boost self esteem, and help deal with bullying and depression…so your support makes a BIG Impact!
